What To Expect During A Colon Hydrotherapy Session

Colon Hydrotherapy is the safe, gentle infusion of water into the colon via the rectum. During a session, the client is mostly clothed and lies on a custom treatment table in complete comfort and modesty. Your dignity is always maintained.

First, a small sterile and disposable speculum is gently inserted into the rectum. Then, two disposable lengths of tubing (one for purified water and one for the excretion of waste material) are connected to the speculum, allowing cycles of small amounts of purified water to flow into and out of the colon. This technique gently stimulates the colon’s natural peristaltic action to release softened, impacted waste. No chemicals or drugs are involved. A session lasts 45 to 60 minutes. Throughout the entire session, many clients find the treatment to be both relaxing and effective.
